ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package. You can track your order anytime using www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock, but that is expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
COUPON CODES
Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
HOLIDAY SEASON AND MAJOR SALES
During the holiday season and major sales, Processing time may take a little longer than usual to ship. Please allow your order processing 5-7 Business days to ship
LOST PACKAGE
Love Loren provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but Love Loren does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
